Through the Construction Management delivery method, Smith McKee is able to serve as a partner to the client, design team, and trades and add value to the process in numerous ways. By being included as your project partner early in the process, we can apply our expertise to the initial project budgeting, overall scheduling, and evaluation of systems and design. These collaborative efforts continue throughout design and into construction, with estimates and cost analysis delivered at each design milestone. This is our primary delivery method, which includes full preconstruction services and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction cost that is fully transparent and open-book throughout the process.
In a General Contracting, or Design-Bid-Build project delivery, Smith McKee will provide competitive pricing on a lump-sum basis and ensure timely delivery with the highest quality. Through this method, we will ensure the right trades and vendors are a part of the team through a pre-qualification process. Our streamlined processes and efficient risk management approach allow us to provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
